B. AARON SCHULMAN

B. Aaron Schulman joined Larson & Taylor in 1983 after working as a summer associate for another patent law firm in 1982, and he became a partner in 1993. His experiences have been primarily in litigation involving all areas of intellectual property and in patent prosecution concerning biotechnological inventions.

He is a member of the Maryland Bar, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association, and other professional organizations.

He received his B.A. degree with honors in Biology from Brandeis University, his M.S. degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.

His principal areas of practice include patent prosecution with an emphasis in biotechnology, and litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition.
