Brewster Taylor joined Larson & Taylor in 1982, and became a partner in 1988. Brewster was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Hamilton College in 1972 and spent three years abroad on a Fellowship and as a teacher. He attended Duke University on another Fellowship, receiving a Master's degree in 1976. He received his J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School in 1981.
His experience has been primarily in trademark and copyright matters, but his practice has included litigation in all areas of intellectual property, including patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark and unfair competition cases.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the International Trademark Association.
